Returns and refund policy

All ordered items may be returned within 14 days of reception of your order and you will be eligible for a full refund (with the exception of shipping charges). We would highly appreciate if you could return the items in unused and clean condition and ensure that postage has been paid for.

Should you encounter any problems with an item or find a defect, please get in touch with us and we will make sure that you will receive an exchange as quickly as possible. We would like you to be fully happy with your purchase!

Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Please allow a few days for processing - in most cases, we will release refunds quickly but your payment provider may take a moment to process the refund.
