Payment methods

You can safely pay in the Silencium Onlinestore. We accept the following payment methods:

- Paypal: no additional charges

- Credit Cards: Visa / Mastercard: no additional charges

- Postfinance E-Finance: no additional charges

- Postfinance Card: no additional charges

- TWINT: no additional charges

- Pay by invoice: no additional charges. This option is available to Swiss citicens or foreign residents with C permit if the system is able verify good credit history. We have outsourced this service to Powerpay who will send you the invoice by e-mail. Payment terms is 14 days and you will be asked to pay directly to Powerpay. They offer further options to pay in installments - you will be able to register with them once you have received the invoice. Please check our terms and conditions.

- Pay cash: Only available if you decide to pick up in store. In this case you do not need to check out in the onlineshop but we advise to get in touch to make sure that your selected articles will be reserved for you. No additional charges.

- EC-card / Postfinance-card: if you decide to pick up your order, this payment method is available as well. No additional charges.

- Bank Transfer: in the exceptional case that none of the above payment methods are available to you, a bank transfer may be arranged before shipment of your order - please get in touch
